Built on Experience, Trust, and Follow-Through

City Creek Commercial Glass was built on years of hands-on experience and a simple belief: people should be able to count on the company handling their glass work. Brandon Tobias spent 13 years at a large glass company in Pocatello, starting as an installer before moving into estimating. That gave him a strong understanding of both the field work and what it takes to price projects correctly and keep them moving.

After that, Brandon spent two years as a paid call firefighter, building on the leadership and responsibility he had already developed in construction. In 2016, he started City Creek Commercial Glass to bring those experiences together and build a company rooted in honesty, follow-through, and service. That foundation still shows up today in the way the business operates.

Over the years, that approach has earned repeat work and long-term trust across Southeast Idaho. With 27 years in the glass industry, 10 years in business ownership, hundreds of installations, and extensive estimating and project management experience, City Creek Commercial Glass brings both practical field knowledge and real project oversight to every job.

Areas We Serve

We proudly serve commercial clients throughout Southeast Idaho from our base in Chubbuck, Idaho. Most of our work is within about 150 miles of Pocatello, and we’re always open to discussing projects outside that range when the fit is right.

Over the years, our work has also taken us into Utah, Montana, and Oregon. Whether you need storefront glass, window replacement, skylights, or support on a larger commercial project, we bring the experience and flexibility to help keep your job moving.

Meet Brandon

Brandon Tobias is the owner of City Creek Commercial Glass and brings decades of industry knowledge to every project. His background includes hands-on installation work, estimating, project management, and leadership, which gives him a practical understanding of both the field side and the planning side of the business. That balance is a big reason contractors know what to expect when they work with City Creek Glass.

He started City Creek Glass in 2016 with the goal of providing a higher level of quality, customer service, and value. What stands out most in your starter kit is not just experience, but the way Brandon approaches the work. He is upfront about what the company can and cannot do, communicates clearly, and takes pride in being someone contractors can trust rather than someone who says yes to everything just to land a job.

Brandon especially enjoys the projects that require problem-solving. Whether it is helping a small business owner work through storefront options, reviewing plans with a contractor, or finding a way to make a vision work within budget, he likes being part of the process early and helping clients make smart decisions before materials are ordered and schedules are set.

What Makes Us Different

What sets City Creek Commercial Glass apart is how we handle the job from start to finish. We’re a smaller company by design, which means we stay focused on each project, communicate clearly, and give the details the attention they deserve.

We work closely with contractors and business owners to find the right solution for each job, not force a one-size-fits-all approach.

A few things that make us different:

  • Focsed on each project, not volume

  • Competitive pricing with lower overhead

  • Strong communication and follow-through

  • Honest about project fit and capabilities

  • Fast response times on inquiries and estimates

That straightforward approach is why clients know what to expect when they work with us. Our goal is simple: do the job well, communicate clearly, and make the process easy.
